New Rule Allows Non-FHA Approved Brokers to Originate FHA!

Effective May 20, 2010, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) made it official that wholesale lenders may start accepting FHA originated loans from mortgage brokers that are not licensed or approved with HUD.
